Where these figures come from
Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Market Watch, August 2026 — reproduced here with attribution. Read the board’s original report.
The board reports on resale transactions through its MLS® System. “SNLR” is the sales-to-new-listings ratio and “Mos. inv.” the months of inventory, both published as trends. “SP/LP” is the average selling price as a share of the average asking price. Days on market is for the current listing; a home withdrawn and relisted starts that count again, which is why individual Homula listings also show the total across every listing at the address.
Homula holds 2 months, from July 2026 to August 2026.
